Solusek Ro is also known as The Burning Prince. The Plane of Sun is ruled by Solusek Ro, the Burning Prince. His father, Fennin Ro is the Tyrant of Fire who rules the greater elemental Plane of Fire, from which the Plane of Sun derives its power. Solusek wears a suit of golden ringmail and a crown of flame and wields a spear of fire. He is allied with no one, enemies with no one. He has a friendly rivalry with Mithaniel Marr. His physical presence in the game was released with The Planes of Power expansion.

Solusek Ro is patron god of power, magic, wizards, and the Sun. He is violent and power-hungry in temperament, well known for destroying those who oppose or annoy him. Notable examples of this tendency include the Tunare-worshiping elves of Takish'Hiz, the gnomish city of Klik'Anon, and the entirety of the moon Luclin (and by extension large swaths of Norrath itself). Many argue that this contributes towards his abnormally high badass quotient.

Solusek Ro has a small but devout following on Norrath, largely (though not exclusively) comprised of wizards. These worshipers tend to spend their time amassing arcane power and knowledge and paving the way for their lord's fiery, apocalyptic return and subsequent destruction of all life.
