Old navy's clothes are so cheap because they look like crap. I refuse to allow my mom to buy me anything from old navy. And yes, the commercials are one of the most annoying ones ever.
Though the most annoying commercial ever was the one with the talking belly button singing the song "I'm coming out/up (I don't remember what it was). That commercial made me want to slit my wrists.

That belly button commercial seriously creeped me out when I first saw it. The new horribly grating renditions of traditional Christmas carols rates even worse, but at least it isn't quite as disturbing.

I saw a fleece the other day on some guy at the bar that I really liked. It suprised the hell out of me when I got close enough to read the "Old Navy" lettering.
I have an old navy fleece from a couple years ago. Love that thing actually - well, I did until the laundry service I used when I was in dulles earlier this year FUCKING STARCHED IT.
Why in the fuck would you put starch on fleece? I've washed it several times to try and get it soft again (softener too) but it still has this yucky stiff feeling. :(

I have an Old Navy fleece that someone gave me a couple of years ago. Why the guy didn't want it, I'll never know, because it has a kick-ass zipper pocket right on the sleeve! I love it a lot!
There was some stop-motion cartoon commercial with some big Afro guy on last night with the song "Rubber Band Man" going in the background. It wasn't all that bad... or more specifically it was so bizarre your brain doesn't have time to put it into a good/bad category.
