What is the most idiotic message board that you nonetheless participate in (or at least read) frequently, and why on both counts. For the purposes of this thread, all Graffe's Forums are excluded (Rants, this means YOU).
Myself, I admit to reading the Sherdog Mixed Martial Arts forums a lot. It's mostly filled with morons and teenagers spewing about their favorite fighters, but for some reason, I find it amusing.
I rarely go to any other forums. :)

Mostly punk teenagers who don't know the first thing about music or just spout out how great *insert band here* is. Occasionally there are a few choice posts though.

The worst board I visit is my server boards. Sol Ro boards are just downright terrible, but it's like a car wreck ... I just have to look.
The sz board and battle net WoW forums. Sometimes rajahwwf forum.

Honestly, the guiltiest pleasure I get is reading The Magician's Tower
Especially in the balance section, something always cracks me up about the desire for super pets, root, snare, dots, fear and more efficient nukes and lures and cold nukes and oh yeah self healing... and seeing nothing unbalancing about any of it.
