Tired of listening to nothing while playing Everquest but those boring midi files? Tired of crashing EQ while trying to find a way to Alt-Tab out of the game? Wish you could nuke that mob to the beat of your favorite MP3? Well, here's your answer - Sneaky Amp. Sneaky Amp was created by Joe Bott and has made my Everquest experience much more enjoyable. It's simple to install and fairly easy to set up. I created a step by step configure process below.

Once you set all of this up, you won't have to do it again. Sneaky Amp will 'remember' all of your settings and from this point on, all you'll have to do is start up WinAmp before you log onto Everquest. One neat feature is that you have full control of Winamp while zoning as well. For more info on how to control Sneaky Amp from inside Everquest, download the readme.doc file and read it. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find shortcuts to controlling it. If you have any questions or comments, you can direct them to Joe at zor@execpc.com. Tell him Graffe sent you. *grin* You can also visit his website here. |
